Pricing

At Silkara Bespoke Furnishings, every product and service is made to order. We do not sell ready-made items, so we do not have a fixed price list. Each order is quoted individually based on your requirements.

What decides your price

The type of work: custom curtains, curtain supply, sofa making, sofa repair or upholstery. Measurements: the number of metres of fabric, the size of windows, or the size and condition of the sofa. The fabric, material and design you choose. Lining, stitching style, fittings, rods, tracks and accessories. The level of customisation and the amount of labour needed. Installation or pick-up and delivery, where needed.

Payment terms

In most cases we take an advance of 50% of the quoted amount to confirm the order and begin work. The remaining balance is payable on completion of the work, before delivery or installation, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Work begins only after the advance is received and the design, fabric and measurements are confirmed by you.

Currency, taxes and invoices

All prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes, including GST, are shown in your quote and invoice.
You will receive an invoice for every payment.

Payment methods

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Depending on what is enabled for your order, you can pay with:
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and others)
UPI Net banking
Wallets
We also accept bank transfers on request.

International customers and cards

We accept international debit and credit cards through Razorpay. Your payment is charged in INR. If your card is issued outside India, your bank or card provider will convert the amount to your card currency at its own exchange rate and may charge foreign transaction or cross-border fees. These charges are set by your bank and are not collected by us.

Security of your payment

Card and payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure payment page. Silkara Bespoke Furnishings does not see, collect or store your card number, CVV or banking passwords.

Price validity and changes

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. If no period is stated, it is valid for 7 days. Prices can change if the requirements, measurements, fabric or design change after the quote is given. We will tell you before doing any extra work and will proceed only with your approval.

Cancellations and refunds

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before placing an order. Because every order is custom made, advance payments are generally non-refundable once work is confirmed.
